One part of our business that we take very seriously, is our ability to service vehicles for our customers.  Our service technicians are Arctic Cat-trained professionals with many years' experience.  They not only do excellent work on the vehicles we sell, but they also own and ride Arctic Cats themselves. 

We have recently built a new service facility at our family owned, rural dealership, and we're excited about the possibilities that will produce for us to provide even better service to our customers.  Also, we know Arctic Cats, and we aim to keep you up and running to the very best of our ability.  If you bring your vehicle to us for improvements or repairs (whether you purchased your machine from us, or not), it is our goal to provide you with the best repair experience around, in terms of quality, fairness, and turn around time. 

If you would like to bring your machine to us for service, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• • • Labor Rate: $125/hour
    • Turn around time varies based on season - Feel free to check with us any time to find out roughly how long it will be before your machine is serviced.
    • Machines are serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    • We generally only service Arctic Cat products.  Since we are an Arctic Cat dealer, we do not carry parts for other brands.
    • We do honor Arctic Cat Warranty and many other major extended warranty company plans.
    • Should your Arctic Cat have a Service/Safety Bulletin issued for it, we're happy to handle it - no matter where you purchased your machine.
    • Send us your VIN number, if you're unsure whether there are any applicable/outstanding bulletions for it - and we will be happy to verify, one way or the other.

Also consider...

• • • Winter tends to be our busiest season.  Consider servicing your snowmobile during the off-season to avoid the winter rush.  
    • Washing off grease, salt, mud, or grime prior to arrival, is appreciated.  (This makes repairs faster, easier, and often less expensive for you)  
    • Unloading your machine(s) from your trailer at drop off is greatly appreciated.
    • We charge a storage fee of $5 per day if machine is not picked up within 30 days notice of completion of work.
    • Thomas Sno Sports Inc. is not responsible for theft or damage beyond our control while machine is here for service.
