Q: What are your business hours?

A: We are open the during the following hours:

  • Monday-Wednesday: 8am-5:30pm
  • Thursday: 8am-7:00pm
  • Friday: 8am-5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8am-Noon (Shortened Saturday hours are part of Covid-19 precautions)
  • Sunday: Closed

Q: Do you offer financing on full vehicle purchases? 

A: Yes! We utilize a couple different financing companies, and you'll find both a financing application and a loan calculator here.

 

Q: What should I expect if I have a machine that needs service/repairs at your store?

A: We have laid out a lot of useful information on our Service Department page, located here.

 

Q: Do you ship merchandise to countries other than the U.S. and Canada?

A: Most of our listings are set to only ship within the United States or to Canada.  That said, if you need something shipped elsewhere, please contact us, and we will give you more information about shipping options and prices.  

 

Q: Do you price match?

A: In short, no, we do not price match.  Here's why.  We work hard to provide our customers with the best pricing possible, both in vehicles and merchandise.  Much of our product is priced competitively.  With that said, from time to time, certain items we sell may be slightly more or less expensive than our competitors.  This could be due to a number of factors, including clearance sales, factory sales programs, special buy opportunities that we have come across, etc. 

No matter what other reatailers are doing, we will give you the best price, customer service, and shopping experience that we possibly can.  We are a family run business, and we strive to treat all of our customers well, be it in person, or online.  

 

Q: When a part is listed as "RH" or "LH,"  How do I know which side of the machine it will fit?

A: We label right side and left side from the perspective of sitting on the machine, facing forward.  That said, if you have any confusion about this, please feel free to contact us, and we'll help sort it out.
